This 1 ½ day workshop is 100% all about the food, targeting the culinary/corporate chef executives from a range of large, mid-size, emerging growth chain restaurant concepts, high-volume/multi-concept restaurant companies, non-commercial and foodservice at retail culinary professionals from the supermarket/c-store segments. These culinary masterminds will converge at the Menu Insights & Innovation Workshop for a series of food trend sessions, cooking demonstrations, tastings as well as rolling up their sleeves in the kitchens to bring menu innovation to the forefront at MUFSO.
