IPPE is held in January and is attended by professionals from all over the world. That means lots of lots of coats and bags that they need to store somewhere. Reach them before they arrive in Atlanta through pre-show attendee marketing. Once they arrive at IPPE, present your brand front and center at each of the baggage/coat check areas then entice them to your booth by allowing them to learn about your company by reading your company brochure or other collateral (subject to IPPE approval).

Greet Summit attendee as they arrive at the Mirage Hotel and remind them of your participation throughout Summit as they enjoy the sights and sounds of Las Vegas Blvd with a 15 to 30 second ad in rotation with normal Mirage branding loop ads on the marquee. Ad will remain in rotation for the duration of the conference.
Place your branded hand sanitizers at strategic locations throughout the event in high-traffic, public areas. Placements are available in the lobby area and on the trade show floor.

ONE 10 SECOND INCREMENT IN B-HALL
This location is the first set of escalators used in B-Building from the entry level to the hall. Everyone entering the Expo hall through the B-Building will take these escalators down to the next level.
This gives the sponsors continuous visual exposure during the entire week of IPPE. Each 10-second graphic will be looped every 90 seconds.
Exhibitor is responsible for creative based on requirements of IPPE and GWCC. Grapic must contain booth number. Graphic can be static or animated/video.
Limited to only three exhibitors each day, hosting a margarita or beer garden in your booth is a surefire way to not just attract attendees to your booth, but to thank your customers and prospects for visiting you. You will be given 200 tokens, each redeemable for one beverage, to distribute to attendees throughout the day reminding them to stop by at 4:00 p.m. for your show-floor happy hour.
Wrap a segway with your unique message and put one of your employees in drive. Your employee will be able to travel the show floor on the segway, speak with and distribute promotional items to attendees, and direct attendees to your booth. Five show floor segway's available.
